Unfortunately I do not groom cats, I have always been allergic to them.

This is a flea free establishment, if they are found on any dog during the appointment (usually found during shampooing), there will be a $5-$10 fee depending on amount of fleas and size of dog.

I do take large dogs only if there is compliance with the dog and owner, and if the dog is not too difficult to handle. I have had a hernia repair and have to be extremely careful.

My establishment uses top of the line shampoos and conditioners, as well as hypoallergenic and medicated products as well. If a dog requires its own timed medicated shampoo it still is the same as any regular bathing fee.

I will NOT groom aggressive dogs towards humans.

I will work with aggressive dogs (who are aggressive towards other dogs I can book them to have individual appointments,) I also work with fearful dogs, or those that have high anxiety that just need some assurance, and growth with trust. I encourage consistency and coming in on a regular basis to see me often to gain trust, and learn that the groomer is a safe place. It is the best rehabilitative method to help the dog with their nervousness to produce a healthy relationship.

My salon only uses air circulation dryers for kennel drying between bath and grooming time to make sure the coat is dry before administering any haircut. No heat is used while a dog is in the kennel drying area. (During winter months a temporary heat dryer will be used as well as air dryers, only for a maximum 10-15 minutes.)

Most dogs are only with me 2-3 hours, it is important that a dog stays comfortable and done with patience and efficiency for a relaxed experience so they learn to enjoy coming to the groomer. It is a top priority of mine that my clients and their animals have peace of mind. Some dogs with time consuming hair cuts can stay up to a maximum 3-4 hours. Depending on the cooperative manner of the dog and condition of the coat.
